Terms and conditions of sale and delivery

1. Offer

Our prices are based on the information in the request and in the offer description. Quotations based on inaccurate or missing information and data are non-binding.

2. Samples
Graphic design, photography, typesetting and sample work, as well as all materials to be procured separately, will be charged even if not ordered.

3. Drafts and drawings
remain our property and may not be used by the customer in any form without our written consent.

4. Digital data
If digital data is made available to us, we assume that the sender retains a copy, that the software is licensed and that the transmitted data is virus-free.

5. Authorization
The customer assumes full responsibility for the authorization and legality of the reproduction.

6. VAT is not included in the price.

7. Procurement of materials
When an offer is prepared and the order is placed, it is assumed that the materials can be procured. Difficulties in the procurement of materials, production or shipping caused by extraordinary circumstances or unforeseen increases in the price of raw materials shall entitle us to withdraw from the delivery obligation in whole or in part.

8. Tolerances
Excess or short deliveries and weight fluctuations of up to 10%, as well as minor deviations in the quality and color of the material are reserved and cannot be objected to. These quantity tolerances increase to 20% for orders that require special production of the raw material, for very small orders up to 5000 pieces and for rotation work.

9. Delivery periods
run from receipt of all documents. If the return of the proof is delayed, the delivery date shall be postponed by at least the same period of time.

10. Test prints, proofs, press proofs
We are not liable for errors on prints, proofs and press proofs not noted by the customer. The 1st proof is free of charge. Further proofs requested by the customer as well as all press proofs or digital proofs will be charged at cost.

11. Data, plates, tools
data and plates produced by us are professionally stored by us and only delivered to the customer on explicit request. All other material cannot be handed over in order to maintain manufacturing secrecy.

12. Order Cancellation
If the order is canceled, the customer must pay the costs for materials and work performed as well as the loss of profit.

13. Suitability test
Labels, their design and the type of adhesive must be tested by the customer himself according to practical criteria (intended use, adhesion and suitability for the planned application).

14. Outfitting orders
are processed to the best of our knowledge. We cannot guarantee the quantity delivered. We are only liable for the quality of the work performed by us. In particular, we do not sort out any delivered rejects without prior written agreement.

15. Outfitting orders
goods delivered for further processing must arrive at our premises in an orderly manner. If not, they will be charged according to time spent.

16. Outfitting orders
the materials supplied to us for processing must be delivered DDP to our domicile.

17. Packaging
Normal packaging is free of charge. Foreign, overseas and other special packaging will be charged. Boxes, crates and standard pallets will be charged and reimbursed at the invoiced price within 14 days after return free domicile in good condition.

18. All shipments are at the risk of the customer.

19. Consulting commissions
to advertising agencies and graphic designers must be agreed in writing in advance.

20. Complaints
must be made in writing within 10 days of the invoice date. No returns will be accepted without prior notification.

21. Liability
Our liability for products supplied by us shall in no case exceed their value.

22. In all cases, Urdorf is the place of execution and jurisdiction.

23. Deviations from these terms and conditions must be agreed at the latest when the order is placed and shall only be valid with our written consent.
